DX Log 2018-05-28 (6 meters)
Mode FT8 on 6-meters (50.313 and 50.323)
G8BCG was the only one I worked all day. Despite calling all of them in this list. Not even a single response from one of the others. (Well aside from SV9 I didn't call him). PSKR shows that stations decoded me just fine in NA. Not really sure what happened on the EU side.
I run a 7 EL LFA and 1.5Kw.
It's going to be very difficult to get used to DX not hearing me when I hear them. My Current QTH is extremely quiet compared to other places I've lived. Average "noisey" day here is sub S1. I moved from an Average 6m day being s9 to 20/s9 power line noise. SO when I finally would hear some DX with my QRO in place they always heard me.
Now the shoe is on the other foot I think. I'm still QRO, same equipment, different (super quiet) location and suddenly I can hear them and they're not hearing me. I'm starting to think I liked it the other way around. But that's weird! LOL

So this was just a convenient place to post some detail about my present SDR setup for a friend of mine. Sorry for the lack of wordy detail :-)

New Callsign - Same great content LOL
OK kidding...kinda...? I *DO* have a new callsign. (Although QRZ, and The ARRL are drag assing on recognizing it).
I used to be NW0W, but now that I've moved back to New England, I've changed my callsign back to a '1'-land call.
My New Callsign is:
