New Pole Found Ameren 570032

Found this pole buzzing on AM 1700 , as well as 50.1 144.2 and 432.1 mhz.
The street lamp is barely glowing and its dark out now for one hour.
Ultrasonic detector buzzes when spot on the street lamp.
