During the past year I kept seeing folks talking about new 0.5ppm RTL Dongles, but I had a lot of trouble tracking down the TCXO, or one of the Dongles that'd already been mod'd to include one. Nooelec.com now has them on sale. *WARNING* THEY'RE NOT CHEAP! (so the faint of heart need not apply).
